📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 Shipping Time

We deliver all over Pakistan.

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery Fee: PKR 250 nationwide.

  • Occasionally, we may offer Free Shipping during special promotions or campaigns.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (if applicable), allowing you to track your shipment.

❌ Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct before placing your order.

CraftyStep is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

📦 Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, our support team will contact you to arrange re-delivery if possible.

While we strive to deliver every order on time, unexpected circumstances such as:
